Booking Terms And Conditions

These Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made through Monk Technologies LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”), a health tourism facilitation company that connects patients with partner clinics for fertility treatments and provides optional travel support services.

By confirming a booking with us, the patient (“you,” “your”) agrees to these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

  • Monk Technologies LTD facilitates access to IVF and other fertility-related treatments at selected partner clinics.

  • We act as an intermediary and do not provide medical treatment ourselves.

  • We may also arrange additional non-medical services including accommodation, airport transfers, and tourism support through our vetted travel partners.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • All bookings require full advance payment to confirm services.

  • Monk Technologies LTD collects payments on behalf of our partner clinics and service providers.

  • The final price may include medical treatment, coordination fees, and any selected optional services (e.g. accommodation, transport).

  • Any banking or transaction fees incurred during payment are the responsibility of the patient.

 

3. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only once full payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by us.

  • Details of what is included (treatment, accommodation, transport, etc.) will be outlined clearly in your booking confirmation.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Medical services: Once the clinic has confirmed your treatment schedule, cancellations may be subject to the clinic’s refund and cancellation policies. These vary between clinics and may result in partial or no refunds.

  • Travel services: For accommodation, transfers, or other travel-related services, refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of our travel partners.

  • Coordination and facilitation fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered or treatment arrangements initiated.

 

5. Changes to Booking

  • Changes to confirmed bookings (e.g., rescheduling treatment dates) must be requested in writing.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

  • Additional fees may apply depending on the services affected.

 

6. Patient Responsibility

  • You are responsible for obtaining any required visas, travel insurance, and ensuring that you are medically fit to travel and undergo treatment.

  • You must provide accurate personal and medical information and adhere to all instructions from the clinic and care providers.

  • We recommend you consult with a qualified physician in your home country before and after your treatment.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Monk Technologies LTD is not liable for the outcome of any medical treatment.

  • We do not accept liability for loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers (clinics, hotels, transport companies, etc.).

  • In case of force majeure (e.g., travel disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics), we will work to reschedule or assist but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

 

8. Travel and Tourism Services

  • Any non-medical services (e.g., hotel bookings, driver service, sightseeing tours) are provided by independent third parties. We act only as a facilitator and are not responsible for their performance.

  • We do not earn commissions on travel services unless otherwise specified.

 

9. Data Protection

  • We handle your personal and medical data with strict confidentiality, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR where applicable.

  • Your data will only be shared with relevant clinics and service providers for the purpose of your care.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
