Egg Freezing
Egg freezing, also called oocyte cryopreservation, allows women to preserve their eggs for future use. It can be a good choice if you want to protect your fertility. This is helpful before medical treatment. It is also useful before age-related decline. Additionally, it can be beneficial if you are not ready to start a family yet. Through our partner clinic BMP Fertility, you can safely store your eggs and keep your options open for the future.

Egg Freezing
Egg freezing is a process. In this process, doctors collect eggs from the ovaries. They then freeze and store the eggs at very low temperatures. This stops the natural ageing process of the eggs at the moment they are frozen.
Later, when you are ready, the eggs can be thawed, fertilised with sperm through IVF or ICSI, and transferred as embryos.
Egg freezing may be considered by:
-
Women who want to delay pregnancy for personal or career reasons
-
Patients who will receive chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery that could affect fertility
-
Women with a family history of early menopause
-
Individuals planning treatment such as gender transition who still want a biological family in the future
Your doctor will look at your medical history and hormone tests, like AMH. They will decide if egg freezing is a good choice for you.
